COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE RECOMMENDATION(S):
“THAT the preparation of a draft bylaw to amend Zoning Bylaw No. 2/87 to add single family dwellings as a discretionary use in the Urban Reserve District be authorized.”

Rec Centre Dressing Room Expansion

COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE RECOMMENDATION(S):
“THAT the Wadena Wildcats be permitted to remove the wall between the current Wildcat dressing room and dressing room 4 to make one larger dressing room to be utilized by the Wadena Wildcats, subject to an approved building permit application and inspections as required, all at no cost to the Town of Wadena; and furthermore, that the Town permit fee be waived.”

COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE RECOMMENDATION(S):
“THAT the additional $200 lot rental fee charged to G. Chaykowski for 2020 be waived, and  furthermore, that Administration report back on revised lot rental rates for 2021 based on lot size  and develop a policy for consistent administration of the facility.”
